Wheel-Size.com API Subscription Agreement - 1-Year Term
Upon subscribing to the Wheel-Size.com API, you are bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Restriction on Competitive Use: The API subscription must not be utilized as a foundation for any competitive business. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation or operation of a website or application that is similar to, or in competition with, Wheel-Size.com, regardless of whether it is developed by you or a third party.
- Prohibition on Data Extraction: Direct parsing or data extraction from the Wheel-Size.com database through the API for the purpose of enhancing third-party data files or any similar activity is strictly forbidden.
- No Resale: The API service is exclusively for your use and cannot be resold under any circumstances.
- Service Integrity: Wheel-Size.com reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who violates the terms and conditions, places an undue load on the service, or otherwise disrupts the operation of the service for other users.
- API Key Confidentiality: You are required to keep your API key secure and confidential, and it must not be shared with or disclosed to third parties.
- License and API Key: This license is personal and non-transferable. Affiliates or related entities must obtain their own separate license and API key.
- Human-Initiated API Calls: All Search API calls calls must be initiated by actual users (e.g., visitors to your site or users of your application). The use of automated systems such as robots, crawlers, or scripts for initiating API calls is strictly prohibited.
Secure Payment Process: Your subscription payment is securely processed via the PayPal payment system, ensuring a safe transaction environment.
Activation: Your account on developer.wheel-size.com will be upgraded within 2-4 hours following payment confirmation. For a more expedited process, you are encouraged to request a plan upgrade directly through the developer's portal after payment. This proactive step can significantly speed up the activation of your new plan.
Account Identification: Please provide your account ID or email associated with our API developer's portal to facilitate the upgrade.
Premium Plan Subscription: For access to our Premium plan, please reach out to us via email at info@wheel-size.com in advance. We will issue a payment request via PayPal.
Alternative Payment Methods: If PayPal is not a feasible payment option for you (due to it being unavailable in your country, such as Turkey, or due to sanctions affecting countries like Russia and Belarus), please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@wheel-size.com.
